Torrent Suite Software space on Ion Community
Configure Chips
The Chips dialog controls default analysis processing for a particular Ion Torrent chip.
When an analysis job is started, the Torrent Browser looks up the chip type in the database Analysis Args table for default analysis settings.
To modify the default behavior:

, on the
Chips
line:

In the
Name
column, click the chip you want to change:

Modify the chip fields, including the Instrument Type menu, as needed:
- Click Save to save your change.
